Our Certified Patient Access Representatives are highly trained so your visit with us takes as little time out of your day as possible. Therefore, we ask that you help us by bringing the following documents required for your visit:

• Doctor's Orders
• Identification
• Insurance Cards (Medicare, Medicaid, Hidalgo County, etc.)

When the need arises for our hospital services, you may register from the comfort of your home or work by calling the Pre-Registration office at:

The following process will take place:

1. When you contact our office, we will process your registration and issue you a confirmation number before your arrival limiting your waiting time.
2. You will check-in by bringing your confirmation number, physician's orders, photo I.D. and insurance card at the Pre-Registration office.
3. Pre-Registration personnel will promptly assist you with the necessary signatures needed to complete your registration.
4. If time permits, please call on the day that the doctor or nurse hands you the order. This will allow us to deliver more expedient service.
